The case was rated by the Ministry of Public Security as one of the top 10 criminal cases of infringing the exclusive right to use trademarks in China - the case of manufacturing and selling counterfeit ADIDAS sports shoes by Fujian Quanzhou person named Yuanjing Lin.

After successful investigation in nearly two months, our company finally cooperated with local industrial and commercial authorities and public security authorities to successfully seize tens of thousands of pairs of fake ADIDAS sports shoes under the authorization of customers, and prompted the public security authorities to arrest the suspect of making fake Adidas sports shoes. 2. A large number of counterfeit trademark labels printed and sold by a merchant in Huadu District, Guangzhou city.

Our investigation found that a merchant in Huadu District of Guangzhou manufactured and sold counterfeit labels bearing DIOR, CHANEL, GUCCI, LV, FENDI and other trademarks. Authorized by the customer, we coordinated the local public security to take the action against the merchant. Later, after the public security released the suspect, it reported the situation to the procuratorial organ in a timely manner, which successfully prompted the procuratorate to put the case on file, supervise the prosecution and prosecute the case. The Huadu District Court finally sentenced the suspect to fixed-term imprisonment.

3. A factory in Guiping County, Guangxi Province produced and sold counterfeit Adidas and Puma sportswear.

After investigation, our company found that a large number of counterfeit Adidas and Puma sportswear were produced and sold in a factory in Mule Town, Guiping County, Guangxi Province. Authorized by the customer, we complained to the local technical supervision bureau and seized a large number of counterfeit products. After reflecting and coordinating to the procuratorial organ, the fraud boss was successfully investigated for criminal responsibility. At the same time, the procuratorial organ found the clues that the local technical supervision bureau personnel took bribes and abused their power, and secretly protected the counterfeiters. Finally, the three technical supervision bureau personnel were prosecuted and finally investigated for criminal responsibility, which dealt a heavy blow to the local protection forces

4, A factory in Feidong County, Anhui Province produced and sold a large number of fake HELEX stationery case.

HELEX, a well-known British stationery manufacturer, found that fake HELEX stationery cases were exported to Africa and other countries in China. After authorization, our company conducted a market survey and found that a factory in Feidong County, Anhui Province was suspected to produce large number of  counterfeit goods. Our company sent investigators to the factory in Feidong County. After three months of investigation, we finally complained to the local market supervision bureau and successfully seized a large number of fake HELEX pencil cases. And prompted the supervisory bureau to transfer the case to the public security bureau to investigate the criminal responsibility of the head of the factory.

5. A wine dealer in Zhengzhou, Henan Province illegally sold wine that violated Lafite's registered trademark

Lafite-Rothschild, a well-known French wine brand, found that some wine dealers in China were aggressively selling wine with the word "Lafite", and authorized our company to investigate. After a month's investigation, we found a company in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province selling red wine with the word "Lafite". After locking down the company's liquor storage warehouse, we complained to the local market supervision administration, and successfully investigated both the company and the warehouse. A large number of infringing red wine was seized, and finally the market supervision Administration confiscated the red wine and gave a penalty.
